We make no warranties either express or implied as to the effectiveness of a web site to gain visibility on the web via search engines, nor its ability to generate traffic, sales or leads for a given client.
No warranties or claims have been made as to the efficacy of security of any web site nor of its ability to protect a site or links on a site from hackers, spam generators or malicious technology such as worms, viruses or Trojan horse programs.
Once a site has been approved by client and uploaded to client’s selected hosting provider, all hosting-related issues are the responsibility of the client and his hosting provider. Such performance issues include server response, up-time, site backups, broadband speed, and software related issues to include support of server-side technology, dynamic ASP, PHP and Javascript support and database integrity.
